Betonica officinalis ‘Blush’

A relative of Salvias and a superb garden plant.  This is a relatively new plant to our garden, but we love it.  Much like its better known cousin ‘Hummelo’, blush produces a mass of pale pink flowers above a mass of crinkled foliage.  The seed heads, dry our beautifully and persist throughout the winter.  We have it planted through the grass Sesselaria autumnalis.
