Chrysanthemum ‘Herbstkuss’

A richly coloured hardy Chrysanthemum that we acquired from de Hessenhoff Nursery in Holland. Chrysanthemum ‘Herbstkuss’ opens a deep magenta pink and fades to mid pink. The semi double flowers are a wonderful colour match for Persicaria amplexicaulis ‘Amethyst’ and Hylotelephium ‘Marchant’s Best Red’, all of which flower in late Summer and well into October.It is a good compact height at 50cm without being too squat and dumpy. Prefers a sunny spot and is tolerant of most garden soils.
