Deschampsia cespitosa ‘Bronzeschleier’

A relatively new addition to our garden and it has earned its place.  Silvery green flowers are borne in abundance from mid summer to a height of 75cm.  As the flowers mature and seed heads ripen they turn a gorgeous bronzen shade, hence the cultivar name ‘Bronzeschlier’.  The foliage is evergreen and we recommend combing through the foliage in spring to remove dead leaves.

Divide every 2-3 years to keep the plants compact.
