Epimedium ‘Red Maximum’
Epimedium ‘Red Maximum’ is a star among the Epimediums that we grow. Fairly large rich burgundy flowers are borne in abundance well clear of the evergreen foliage. The foliage itself colours richly in the autumn.
We plant our Epimediums in amongst our perennials and ornamental grasses, this allows them to get plenty of light in the spring, before the other plants grow up and offer them shade as the season warms up.
