Lythrum virgatum ‘Dropmore Purple’ is a wonderful plant – tall and airy yet self supporting. Vibrant cyclamen purple flower spikes are borne throughout the summer.  Come autumn when the flowering has finished the leaves will turn gorgeous shades of orange and yellow.  Easy and trouble free, requires no staking.
