Persicaria amplexicaulis ‘Rosea’

Persicaria amplexicaulis ‘Rosea’ has elegant tapering flower spikes from July through to the frosts. The colour is a biscuity shade of pale pink. It is a wonderful companion to Phlox paniculata cultivars, as well as Monardas and echinaceas. Trouble free and easy to grow they prefer a bit of moisture in the soil, so not suited to really dry conditions. They gradually make large flowering clumps in the border.
