Pulmonaria ‘Patric’s Early Dawn’

Pulmonarias are stalwarts of the woodland Spring border. Over the years we have selected a few excellent varieties that fulfill most of our needs: from the cool blues and spotted foliage of Pulmonaria ‘Opal’, to the richest indigo blue of P. ‘Blue Ensign’, the icy white flowers of ‘Sissinghurst White’ and the best silver foliage of P. ‘Diane Clare’ but a good pink form we were yet to find. This is it – a selection from Beth Chatto’s nursery that has been performing brilliantly for us at Wildegoose and is finely big enough to divide for sale, the rose pink P. ‘Patrick’s Early Dawn’ completes the set!
