Mouse on the River

In this latest instalment of Mouse’s adventures, he takes to the river.  After setting off from his home he takes a journey downstream, travelling through various habitats before reaching his destination.  Each page is richly illustrated in Alice’s beautiful style, with flaps to lift along the way.  At the end of the book there is the chance to learn more about the birds, insects, animals and plants that Mouse encountered on his journey, along with what he packed to take with him.

Alice Melvin’s first book ‘Mouse’s Wood’ became a firm favourite of our daughters.  Both books in this series are really very special and as one customer remarked, they are the sorts of books Grandparents love to read to their Grandchildren!
