Polemonium kiusianum

A species native to Japan where it is now rarely found in the wild. Polemonium kiusianum has very vivid purple blue flowers in late Spring -early Summer. In its native habitat it grows in mountainous grasslands. In the garden it suits sun or part shade and requires reasonable drainage and fertile humus rich soils.Height 40cm.
