Anemone leveillei

Anemone leveillei is perfect for naturalised planting scenes either in full sun or part shade but needs good humus rich moister soils to perform at its best. We have seen it planted to great effect along the edge of a stream. Branching stems topped with a mass of white flowers with striking blue anthers and blue backs to petals. Very beautiful. Height 60cm. Flowering late April -June.
