Echinops sphaerocephalus ‘Arctic Glow’

Echinops sphaerocephalus ‘Arctic Glow’ is a long established herbaceous border stalwart and we have recently reintroduced it to the garden and nursery after a break. It is a wonderful architectural plant with globe shaped thistle heads that emerge icy white. A fabulous contrast in form to cottage garden favourites or in a more contemporary planting through grasses or Mediterranean schemes. It is very versatile. Height 1.2m. Likes a Sunny position and well drained soil.
