Nepeta ‘Veluws Blauwtje’

Nepeta grandiflora ‘Veluws Blauwtje’ is a relatively new introduction of catmint.  More upright in its growth, the flowers are larger and paler then normal catmint.  We have found the it benefits from a few pea sticks to prevent it getting to top heavy.  Cut back after its first flowering in June to encourage a second flush.
