Phlox paniculata ‘Spatsommer’
We grow a lot of Phlox paniculata cultivars in the garden and this has to be one of the best. Phlox paniculata ‘Spatsommer’ is late flowering, not emerging until August and lasting beautifully for many weeks after. It is strongly upright and self supporting, happily grows in some pretty atrocious sticky clay and produces a gorgeous show of large domed heads of white flowers with a distinctive pink eye. Highly recommended.
