Sesleria autumnalis

Sesleria autumnalis is a little known grass, which we find to be an excellent addition to the garden.

All season long a mass of lime green foliage, from mid summer onwards creamy white flower spikes are produced.  The real appeal of this grass is the fact that it creates a dense mat, through which other plants can be grown.
