Symphyotrichum ‘Glow in the Dark’

Symphyotrichum ‘Glow in the Dark’ is a real statement plant.  Very tall at 1.8-2 meters, it has handsome dark maroon black foliage which acts as a perfect backdrop to the glowing rosy mauve flowers which are produced from early September.  We find that is does need staking.
