Teucrium x lucidrys

Teucrium x lucidrys is a low growing evergreen shrub that can be trimmed much like box to create a low evergreen hedge around a bed. This is how we use it in our vegetable garden. Teucrium x lucidrys comes into its own in July-August when the hedge erupts into flower: a mass of mauve pink flower spikes audibly buzzing with bees who seem to adore it. A tougher hardier choice if you have had no success with lavender hedges in the past.Highly recommended. Height 30cm x 30cm. Sunny position.
